Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a three (3) year noncompetitive contract to Cummins Inc., d/b/a Cummins Sales and Service, in the amount of $822,550.81, for ongoing and as-needed scheduled maintenance, emergency repair services, and associated parts for Cummins brand generators, to include an estimated amount of $130,186.70 for hourly labor rates and mileage fees. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(15) of the County’s Procurement Policy and is considered a sole source as the original generator manufacturer’s authorized representative, Cummins, Inc., shall perform maintenance, repair services, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for existing generators and is only reasonably provided from Cummins, Inc.
