The service provider shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies to perform all work required for this contract In Accordance With (IAW) all applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and standards. 1.2. BACKGROUND: The swimming pool is 10x15 meters in size with a sloped depth of 3ft to 10ft (see Technical Exhibit 1 for photos). The pool has 6 step sets (three on each side). Under normal conditions, it runs at salt/chlorine mixture, but due to the salt computer chips, the pool is currently running as chlorine only. The pool is seven years old. Yearly maintenance costs is around $14,000.00. The pool has 6 gutter drains with vacuum lines inside the drains. There are 10 wall jets. There are two main drainpipes in the deep end of the pool, each with a diameter of 3 inches. 1.2.1. POOL ISSUES: • The pool pumps fail randomly and will return to normal at random • Submerged pool lighting will fail at random and have been suspected to causes of leaks. • Pool water level will drop 4 to 6 inches within a 4-hours period. • Salt computer is broken. Sources nearly indicated that a Chip needs re-soldering. • External pool vacuum is broken. • Surface of pool edge is rough. Provide recommendations for resurfacing pool edge.
