The Agency seeks to procure four (4) 2025 Honda Odyssey vans to meet the transportation needs of residents at Tacachale, a state-operated residential facility for Floridians with developmental disabilities. These residents rely on consistent, safe, and accessible transportation for a variety of essential services, including doctor’s appointments, medical treatments, and recreational activities. Given the nature of the residents' mobility challenges, the Honda Odyssey is an ideal choice due to its low step-in height, which allows for easier and safer entry and exit. The vans will ensure that residents are able to access necessary healthcare services and participate in other important activities with greater independence and comfort. The addition of these vehicles will not only enhance the quality of life for the residents but also support the overall mission of Tacachale in providing comprehensive care and assistance to elderly individuals.
