Proposer is expected to replace or retrofit existing cameras with digital Internet Protocol (IP) cameras and will require the installation of supporting low voltage cabling from the camera location to existing network equipment within the nearest network technology closet. The Proposer will remove the existing camera and where applicable, the associated coax cable, appropriately disposing of the same. Proposer is responsible for any surface restoration work (including but not limited to filling, patching, and painting) necessary as a result of installation in City facilities and parks. Cost proposal must include all cables, connectors, mounting brackets, installation kits, and associated weather graded components that are necessary for the intent, function, and purposes stated herein. Proposer shall provide all associated wiring, conduits and installation of low voltage cabling from proposed cameras to City owned network switches. Network connectivity diagrams will be required for proposal submission.
