The CONSULTANT will be engaged by the CITY to provide professional consulting services on one (1) or more projects (with respect to each engagement “the Project”) with the specifics of each engagement to be set forth in an executed Project Authorization unless specifically stated and agreed to by the parties in the Project Authorization. The services of the CONSULTANT shall be for the Scope of Services set forth in RFQ No. 04-2025 and the following general types of work: a. Site planning; b. Engineering; c. Landscape architecture; d. Architecture; e. Planning environmental assessment; f. Geo-technical; g. Surveying h. Environmental i. Professional services related to studies, conceptual designs, final designs and/or construction administration (including inspection); j. Professional services related to buildings or structures including both interior and exterior improvements; k. Planning services l. All other services as may be needed by the City on an on-going basis.
