Martin County is seeking bids from licensed contractors for boat ramp renovations and park improvements. The project consists of two phases to be completed in sequence. Phase 1 includes the demolition and replacement of boat ramps, associated piers and docks at each location, pedestrian ramps, and certain upland improvements. Phase 2 consists of park improvements, including site demolition, reconfiguration, repaving, and expansion of the parking area, as well as sidewalks, pavilion and other structures, site lighting, and drainage improvements. This project is partially funded by a Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) Project Agreement (Project No. MA-24-95). Therefore, the selected Contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
