The Project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary for drainage improvements and water main installation on multiple streets, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Orlando, Florida. The Project includes Base Bids and Bid Alternates, detailed as follows: • Base Bid 1: The regrading of the dirt road, regrading of the existing ditches, modification of the existing drainage system, and drainage/piping installation on Butler Street, Seventh Ave, and enhancements to Fernwood Park. • Bid Alternate 1: Installation of an 8-inch water main and service laterals along Butler Street and Seventh Avenue. • Base Bid 2: The regrading of the dirt road, regrading of the existing ditches, modification of the existing drainage system, and drainage/piping installation on Ninth Ave, East Blvd, Eighth Ave, Bessie Street, Oakdale Street, Magnolia Street, and Third Ave. Base Bid 2(a): Town-funded Phase II. Base Bid 2(b): FEMA-funded Phase I. • Bid Alternate 2: Installation of an 8-inch water main and service laterals along Ninth Avenue, East Boulevard, Eighth Avenue, and Bessie Street.
