The objective and goal for this project is to provide data-informed advice based on experiences working with leading higher education institutions, to guide the UCF’s Provost’s Office organizational design for academic functions. Additionally, to collaborate and facilitate dialogue with UCF senior leadership to reach a shared understanding of the optimal organizational design for key units in Academic Affairs along with the priorities for organizational transformation. In addition to conducting research and analysis and facilitating team meeting to support internal alignment, the selected vendor will also provide overall project management, decision support for organizational design, and support for developing implementation plans.
