The site map is included in this RFQ and the site is located on the south side of Buckeye Road approximately 2,100 feet west of Artisan Lakes Parkway (Manatee County Parcel ID 604500089, 604400059, 603600008, 603711059). A single building with central point of entry prototype that has been constructed and operational is preferred, but a prototype presently under a construction contract may be submitted.
