SSN-18-001U - Loctite Polymer Composites & Pipe Repair System

This is a sole source posting.  This posting is to seek other companies who have or may have similar products with the same comparable attributes and warranties to fill out the attached form and supply all material/product information so it can be reviewed.  Should your product be acceptable then the City will generate a Bid Package.

The City of Zephyrhills is seeking to purchase the services of pipe repair from Florida Sealing Products by Loctite Polymer Composites.  Their technicians are certified for the proper application of this product and the GL/ISO-24817 Loctite Certified Pipe Repair System.  This is different than any other pipe repair as the pipe wrap product used increases the structural integrity of the pipe.  Florida Sealing Products with Henkel Loctite provide a 20 year warranty on this product.  This product is being brought to us as a Sole Source commodity.
