A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, Conference Room No. 1, 1701 State Road 85 N., Eglin AFB, Florida 32542, on July 22, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. (CDST). Upon arrival to the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport for the Pre-Bid conference, respondents will park in Lot A and proceed to the center lobby where an Airport representative will be standing by to provide instructions to meeting attendees. In order to help protect yourself and others, a face covering or mask will be required to attend the meeting. The Airports and Purchasing Department staff will provide additional instructions to attendees to ensure a safe atmosphere during the Pre-Bid Conference.
