The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services located at Middle River Park Terrace Park, 1329 NE 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304, for the City’s Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

This Project focuses on following the City’s Historic Preservations Design Guidelines to enhance the historic Annie Beck House, involving upgrades to both hardscape and landscape elements, repairs to the porch and deck, installation of new louvers, façade and window restoration, clean composition roof tiles, complete interior repainting, sanding, and refinishing of the interior flooring.
