Specifications include, but are not limited to: Palm Beach State College (PBSC) is requesting Proposals from Workday Certified Services Partners to assist the College with Workday application functional areas, maintenance and optimization of existing configurations, data conversion, integrations (to include Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connector, and Studio), Reporting, Security and Business Processes, Workday application troubleshooting, including answering ad-hoc and how-to questions, Workday update support and functionality overview of Workday updates, and assistance with additional features promoted to production as part of this scope of work. Contractor will also be responsible for providing these services for any future Workday functional areas/modules that the College chooses to implement. College may separately request that Contractor implement new modules for the Workday product.
