1. New epoxy flooring. 2. New porcelain fixtures (toilets and sinks). 3. New exposed plumbing to porcelain fixtures. 4. Fresh paint (epoxy) on the walls. This will require removal of the existing fiberglass panels. If the panels are glued on, additional sheetrock work will be required to obtain a paintable surface. 5. Existing privacy partitions. (Add new updated partitions in both men’s and women’s restrooms) 6. Showers, shower plumbing, and other attachments. (Add new shower heads and fixtures to both men’s and women’s restrooms) 7. Ceilings (Add new ceiling tiles as needed in all restrooms) 8. Lighting (Add new LED lighting to all restrooms) 9. Other restroom accessories (mirrors, paper dispensers, etc.) (Add new mirrors and paper dispensers to all restrooms)
