Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a per unit improvement thinning of a 99-acre stand consisting mostly of longleaf pine, as well as some slash and loblolly pine, that is marked to cut on Blackwater River State Forest (SFI Certified Forest #NSF-SFI-FM-CO245755), in Okaloosa County, Florida. All pine timber marked with blue paint within the sale area is available for harvest. Unmarked timber and/or timber with light overspray is not to be harvested or damaged. Estimated volumes for the sale are as follows: 950 tons of pine pulpwood, 297 tons of pine chip-n-saw, 1,287 tons of pine sawtimber, and 193 tons of pine poles. The sale area boundaries are defined by trees with double dots of yellow paint, roads, trails, or the Florida gas pipeline.
