Specifications include, but are not limited to: STAGING Stage 1- Location: Ponce de Leon Park: Construct one (1) 20’W x 20’D x 30”H outdoor stage consisting of but not limited to: (26) 4’ x 4’ commercially manufactured stage decks of metal frames and wood inserts with metal legs and X support braces. Stage must have one (1) set of metal stairs with handrails to access stage. The front, back and two sides must have 3”h toe board that is attached to the stage. Note: Must be ready and operational by 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 2. Installation: Wednesday, November 29, 2023, by noon Removal: Sunday, December 3, 2023, by 5 p.m.; Stage 2: Lighting Ceremony/Jingle Bell Run Start/Parade Judge’s Review Stand (Bloxham Park at Monroe Street): Construct one (1) 16’W x 16’D x 6’H outdoor stage consisting of but not limited to: (16) 4’ x 4’ commercially manufactured stage decks of metal frames and wood inserts with metal legs and X support braces. Stage must have one (1) set of metal stairs with handrails for access to the stage. The left, right, extension and rear of stage must have metal guard rails with a minimum height of 40”and edge of stage must have a 3”H toe board that is attached to the front and two sides of stage. Note: Must be ready and operational by 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 2. Stage Schedule: 6:00 p.m. – Lighting Ceremony 6:15 p.m. – Jingle Bell Run - (starts when the light switch is thrown) 7:15 p.m. – Nighttime Holiday Parade Installation: Thursday, November 30, 2023 by noon Removal: Sunday, December 3, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.
