Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The proposal must provide pricing for 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps on the Attachment I: Cost Proposal Form b. The WAN solution must be scalable to 10 Gbps. c. If an increase in bandwidth is requested during the contract period, the contract term shall not be affected. d. The Successful Proposer will make all reasonable efforts to ensure 99.99% network availability of each circuit. i. 0.25% frame/packet loss commitment ii. 3ms network latency commitment iii. 4ms network jitter commitment e. There is no right of Successful Proposer to limit or throttle the capacity of the circuit at any time for any reason. Hardware Requirements - The proposal must include all hardware, such as but not limited to routers, switches, SFP, transceivers, Fiber patch cords, and fiber distribution units, required to provide a finished endto-end service. Cost of the hardware may be provided as part of the monthly recurring cost or priced separate. Service Level Agreement - The Successful Proposer will provide customer support functions including problem tracking, resolution and escalation support management on a 24x7x365 basis. The Successful Proposer shall respond to any outage within two (2) hours and a four (4) hour restoration of service.
