Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Belle Glade Library: 725 NW 4th Street, Belle Glade, 33430 a. Install a JF Series AiPhone on the Loading Dock/Staff Entry door. As defined in Exhibit “1A”, “3”, and “5” b. Building to be rekeyed: Schlage ND Mechanical Series Grade 1 Cylindrical locks with a T234 LFIC core; 626 finish; owner code 003304; zero bitted. c. Modify existing door with a small fire rated, glass window from the back of the house to the children’s area. d. Add New Lock Box with a resettable push-button combination at main entrance (see Exhibit “8”) e. Add pole-mounted directional city-street signage leading to the library at two (2) locations, see Exhibit “1A” and “6”. f. Chair rails in five (5) study rooms to be replaced, see Exhibit “1”. 2. Pahokee Library: 525 Bacom Point Road, Pahokee, 33476 a. Provide and install one new Honeywell Prowatch card access system panel in Room 115 as shown on Exhibit “2”. b. Honeywell Prowatch card access system to include a PW5K2ENC1 Prowatch Enclosure, PW7K1IC intelligent controller board, two (2) reader interface boards PW7K1R2, c. Provide and install one (1) new PW7K2E2PS power supply, 12 VDC, 12AH minimum SLA batteries, Altronix AL600ULACM door lock power supply with 12 VDC, 12AH minimum SLA batteries (or PBC approved equal), UPS rated to provide 24-hour standby capacity and any other ancillary equipment as required or specified in PBC ESS Card Access specifications as shown on Exhibit “3”. d. Reference Exhibit “2” for pictures of existing doors and room proposed for installation of a card access system. e. Provide and install card access on one (1) exterior door and three (3) interior doors w/Card Reader. Card Reader w/keypad for exterior only. Door sign to be added, “Emergency Exit Only” “Alarm Will Sound”. f. Install a request for exit (REX) mounted above each door; door position switches (DPS), HID card readers, and all necessary door hardware needed for a successful card access installation. Refer to Exhibit “3”; PBC ESS Card Access Specification SECTION 28 1300 - Access Control Revision (01/20/2022). g. Door 108 - install electrified crash bar Von Duprin QEL (or PBC approved equal) type crash bar. Install card reader with keypad. Re-key the door lock. h. Door 115A and door 115B - Install card reader. Re-key the door lock. Install an electric strike in the door jamb. i. Install a new door with a card reader, the new door should match the existing interior doors. The location of the new door is on the floor plan Exhibit “2”. j. Construct a finished wall to close the right side of the customer service counter. The location is shown on Exhibit “2”. k. New locksets shall be Schlage ND Mechanical Series Grade 1 Cylindrical locks with a T234 LFIC core; 626 finish; owner code 003304; zero bitted, Model- Rhodes Satin Nickel finish ND 70PD Classroom lock on all card access doors and ND 80PD Storeroom lock on the new door. l. Building to be rekeyed: Schlage ND Mechanical Series Grade 1 Cylindrical locks with a T234 LFIC core; 626 finish; owner code 003304; zero bitted. m. Add New Lock Box with a resettable push-button combination at main entrance (see Exhibit “8”). n. New concrete sidewalk and 5’ x 8’ pad to be added as shown on Exhibit “2” and county specifications attached as Exhibit “4”. o. Install a new pre-engineered tubular steel, wall mounted canvas awning cover at new employee entrance over the new concrete pad. p. Add a Mobilflex System S-525 security locking sliding gate to the interior opening identified in the attached exhibit (Exhibit 9”) or equal. 3. South Bay Library: 375 South West 2nd Avenue, South Bay, 33493 a. Provide and install one Honeywell Prowatch card access system above IDF Cabinet located in Room 111 as shown on Exhibit “7”.
