The Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services Chinle Outpatient Treatment Center is seeking a vendor to dismantle an existing fence and install new fencing around the Chinle Outpatient Treatment Center facility in Chinle, Arizona. We are requesting the following: • Dismantling of approximately 470’ linear feet of existing chain link fence, privacy slats and privacy material and poles (roll fencing and privacy material and place at a designated place in the compound. • Break concrete base off fence poles and bundle. Place in designated storage area on the compound. Haul off concrete. • Level, clear and grub new fence path. • Backfill and compact to meet the existing elevation of the remainder of the property. • Installation of approximately 255’ linear feet of commercial grade chain link fence, commercial metal fence posts set 10’ apart with cement base, 6’-6” high. • Installation of approximately 255’ linear feet of privacy slats and privacy material similar to the existing material on the new chain link fence. • A site plan showing the location of each type of fence is provided (see attachment) • Contractor responsible for field verification of existing electrical, gas, water and sewer lines with NTUA, and boundary corners according to the legal survey and description. • Contractor must provide product cut sheets and specifications • Provide warranty for workmanship, parts, and repairs • Contractor is responsible for field verifying measurements
