To replace Access Control System and convert to County "Lenel" system per the project requirements provided below: a. Contractor shall follow all County card access specifications for this project. Refer to Exhibit 2 for specifications. b. Remove Siemens Card Access desktop computer, monitor, RS232 Black Box serial communicators and UPS from Security desk in the main lobby. c. Provide and install a new desktop computer with Lenel “Card Access Client” and “OnGuard GUI” software at the Security desk in the main lobby. Provide and install a new UPS and monitor for this desktop security computer. See section 5 for part numbers. d. Remove all existing Siemens card access panels, power supplies, relays, proximity card readers and all other components associated with the existing Siemens card access system. See Exhibit 1 for existing components and room locations. e. Replace all card readers on 91 existing access doors. Refer to Exhibit 1 for locations. See section 5 for part numbers. f. Provide and install new Lenel Access Panels, including all LNL-M3300 Lenel Intelligent System Controllers, with Lenel LNL-1320-S3 - 2 reader boards. Refer to Exhibit 1 for room locations. g. Provide and install new Lenel LNL-1100-S3 Input and LNL-1200-S3 output pc boards to accommodate all inputs and outputs. See Exhibit 1 for all input/output board locations. h. Connect Duress alarms and DEU’s (Delayed Egress Units) to Input Boards. Alarms shall report on all “monitoring client computers” inside the Main County Courthouse Command Center and at the West County Courthouse Local Security Desk. i. Provide and install Securitron (UL) regulated filtered power supplies, 1AMP 24VDC, with (UL) listed enclosures. See section 5 for part numbers. j. At the Main County Courthouse 4 th floor Command Center, install an “OnGuard” server with West County Courthouse floor plans. This will feature all doors, Duress and DEU locations. The Command Center at the Main County Courthouse shall have the ability to see activities at the West County Courthouse site. k. Program existing lockdown buttons located at security desk and PBSO station. See Exhibit 1 for components and locations for lockdown areas. l. Current input points, output points and access levels will be provided for programming prior to the start of the project. m. All card access cabling shall be labeled on both ends of cables identifying door location. n. All wiring shall meet or exceed manufacturer’s recommendations. Plenum rated wire is required when not in conduit. o. Lenel card access system programming and installation shall be completed by an authorized Lenel dealer and installer. Programming shall be done on site or at Palm Beach County’s ESS facility located at 2633 Vista Parkway WPB, FL 33411.
