The County is soliciting a qualified contractor(s) to provide welding and fabrication services on an as-needed basis for various county departments. The departments shall include but not be limited to Solid Waste, Mosquito Control, Road & Bridge, Parks & Recreation, Public Utilities, Facilities, and Environmental Resources. The bidder shall be capable of providing metal fabrication services using steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper, and sheet products. Fabrication shall include but not be limited to shearing, braking, bending, rolling, arc welding, mig welding, tig welding and brazing of the above-mentioned metals. Welding shall include but not be limited to installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, assembly of, addition to, use or maintenance of any metal products. The bidder can provide pricing for both welding and fabrication, in shop and field or provide pricing for just shop or field in either welding or fabrication.
