Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each weed control cycle consists of thirty (30) calendar days. All work performed, unless authorized by the County's Representative, shall take place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM., Monday through Saturday. No work is to be performed on Sundays or Federal, State, and County holidays, unless authorized by the County's Representative. If the Contractor desires to work on Sundays or official County holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day) they shall obtain pre- approval from the County’s Representative. A delivery order will be issued for each cycle to be ordered under the contract. The delivery order will contain a start date and a completion date. The County will determine the start and ending dates for each cycle.
