Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following elements are required to host these sites: A. Migration of each instance from FGCU’s servers to the new hosted instance B. Each are managed by WordPress. C. Managed Cloud Hosting with dedicated resources for each site to configure and maintain the server. D. Automatic Core WordPress Updates E. Managed security services for the sites, including: 1. Vulnerability management (scanning and remediation), including monthly reports to FGCU of vulnerabilities found and remediated 2. Malware/virus monitoring and protection 3. Daily Backups 4. DDOS protection 5. Security documentation: i. PCI and SSAE-18 Compliance (provide annual certification documentation) ii. Completed HECVAT full or lite F. Automatic Plugin Updates and Backups
