A. Work Task No. 1: Upon Notice to Proceed (NTP) for WT-1: 1. Contractor coordination with Equipment Vendors and Manufacturers for the long lead items that may take over six months to manufacture upon Engineer review and approval of product data and factory shop drawings including Supplier’s lead time for delivery to the project site. 2. Contractor shall submit a proposed list of long lead equipment to be purchased with equipment description, equipment supplier, equipment manufacturer and respective equipment purchase cost. 3. Contractor shall submit for all long lead items: the Contractor’s negotiated price, terms and conditions, excluding the amount for Sales Tax. a. The City will issue purchase orders. 4. Contractor shall submit a proposed construction phasing plan for WT-2. 5. The anticipated list of electrical equipment and mechanical equipment with long lead time for manufacturing includes the following: a. 5 KV Electrical switchgear 1A and 1B and related 5 kV busway b. 2500 KVA Substation Type Transformers T5A and T5B c. Low voltage controls panels for switchgear and synchronizing of three standby generators. d. 480 volts Switchgear 2A and 2B e. 480 Volts Motor Control Centers (81MCC1 and 81MCC2) f. 125 VDC battery banks and battery chargers g. 2 MW Generator No.1 Tier 4 Emissions h. 5 KV Breaker Generator No.1 i. 2 MW Generator No.2 Tier 2 Emissions j. 5 KV Breaker Generator No.2 k. 2 MW Generator No.3 Tier 2 Alternator Modifications l. 5 KV Breaker Generator No.3 m. 480 volts Switchgear MF-1 and MF-2 n. 2500 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers MF-1 and MF-2 o. 480 Volts Switchboard (56SWDB1) p. 1000 KVA Pad Mounted Transformer T-6 q. 5 KV Variable Frequency Drive for HSP No. 5 (600 HP) r. 5 KV Variable Frequency Drive for HSP No. 6 (600 HP) s. 480 Volts Motor Control Centers (20MCC2A and 20MCC2B) t. 480 Volts Motor Control Centers (90 MCC1 and 90 MCC2) u. 10,000 Gallons Diesel Fuel Storage Tank 6. Submit the Application for construction permit to the City of Pompano Beach Building Department and pay the building permit fees. 7. Submit the application to Florida Power and Light (FPL) for new electrical service, including the coordination of final requirements and payment of FPL fees, for the demolition of existing two electrical services and the provisions for a new electrical service. B. Work Task No. 2: Upon Notice to Proceed for WT-2: 1. Mobilization to the Project site 2. Tree protection and related work. 3. Obtain final Building Permits. 4. Demolition work at each existing building as required per construction sequences. 5. Civil Work, Underground Duct banks. 6. Yard Landscaping Work. 7. Construction of the Electrical Master Plan Phase IV Improvements for the City of Pompano Beach Water Treatment Plant, including work and installation of all electrical and mechanical equipment related to the construction improvements at each Building and all work per Contract Documents. 8. Remainder of the Work Cost not listed elsewhere. 9. Project Closeout Documents. 10. Demobilization.
