Provide laboratory services from qualified firms certified under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) by the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) for the sampling and analysis of potable and non-potable water samples. The work as specified includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment and/or materials necessary to complete field sampling and/or analysis of samples generated from both routine and non-routine Owner specific projects. Routine projects include field sampling and analysis of non-potable surface water samples from the C-18 Canal/Loxahatchee River via boat; analysis of Owner-collected, groundwater samples in accordance with Palm Beach County (PBC) Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM) Wellfield Operating Permit; analysis of Owner-collected groundwater samples in accordance with Article 15, Chapter B of Palm Beach County's Unified Land Development Code (ECRII); analysis of Owner-collected potable drinking water samples for nitrate and nitrite analysis; analysis of Owner-collected potable, drinking water samples in accordance with Chapters 62-160 and 62-550 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Owner may elect to include additional field sampling and/or analysis for the outlined projects beyond the proposed schedules, and other non-routine miscellaneous projects.
