The District is currently seeking proposals from qualified marketing firms interested in providing marketing services to evaluate the effectiveness of existing messaging and develop new water conservation marketing materials that resonate more effectively with the target audience. The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) is implementing the Water Conservation Program in partnership with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to promote consistent water conservation messaging that resonates more effectively with residential irrigation users and can be used statewide and/or in a particular geographic region within the state. The District intends to select one firm to deliver the services described herein. The estimated budget for this project is $160,000. The term of this contract will be from contract execution to September 30, 2026.
