The following services are to be included in the contractor’s monthly base bid rate and are not subject to additional charges: 1. Inspect all areas covered by the automatic fire sprinkler systems to determine if these areas and their contents are properly protected. 2. Inspect for proper operation of the control valves, water supplies, pumps, gauges, fire department connections and proper labeling. 3. Inspect all system alarms for proper operation. 4. Inspect pressure gauges per code 5. Inspect fire pump panel. Ensure all bulbs are lit and all controls knobs are in desired position. 6. All paperwork and logbooks required per code will be furnished and set up on each site under this contract, by the Vendor. 7. The vendor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to conduct the following services during inspections: a. Weekly Fire Pump Inspections: Include all components such as pumps, valves, tanks, gauges, and piping systems. b. Monthly Inspections: Check sprinkler heads, pipes, alarms, fire pumps, and valves. c. Quarterly Inspections: Perform inspections on standpipes, backflow preventers, and FDCs. d. Semi-Annual Inspections: Check all fire sprinkler systems for operation, maintenance, and compliance. e. Annual Inspections: Full inspections of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, valves, and other related components f. Five-Year Inspections: In-depth system inspection to evaluate the condition and compliance with NFPA and other regulatory standards. 8.
