Specifications include, but are not limited to: Water and Wastewater Engineering: - Familiarity with the local area - Familiarity with the local soils, wetlands, flood zones, etc. - Experience in the design of 1.5 MGD or larger domestic wastewater treatment facilities - Experience in the design of BNR (Biological Nutrient Removal) domestic wastewater treatment techniques - Experience with permitting WRF (Water Reclamation Facilities), WRF disposal, and collection and transmission systems within the Central District of DEP Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) - Experience with CMAR projects Funding - Experience with SRF (State Revolving Fund) funded projects and requirements - Experience with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded projects and requirements
