Remove existing built up roof system at the warehouse building down to the concrete deck and install a new Johns Manville SBS 2PID-CR-HW as the Basis of Design, or a Palm Beach County approved equivalent. Alternate manufacturers are GAF, Soprema, or Owens Corning, CertainTeed. Any substitutions must be submitted as an RFI to the County prior to bid date for acceptance. b. New SBS Heat Weld Specification SBS 2PID-CR-HW or equivalent over min. (2) two (2) inch base ISO insulation and ¼ inch per foot ISO tapered insulation and dens deck prime gypsum roof board, installed per tapered layout and according to the Manufacturers NOA, or Florida Product Approval and attached specifications. See Exhibit’s “1-4”. c. Demolish the existing system down to the concrete deck and dispose of at an authorized landfill. d. Prime the deck with approved asphalt primer and Install 1 ply of Dyna Base –HW vapor barrier as specified. e.
