1. The Contractor shall analyze the samples according to most cost effective, current, acceptable standards, permitted by the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 2. All samples shall be taken by the Utilities Division, except for Groundwater Monitoring Well Samples. The laboratory will be responsible to pick-up the samples for analysis every other Thursday from the following locations: Town of Lake Hamilton Wastewater Treatment Plant, 840 Water Tank Road, Lake Hamilton, Florida. Pick-ups at the Wastewater Treatment Plant will be every other Thursday unless otherwise requested. When requested, water samples are to be picked up at the Town of Lake Hamilton Water Department building, 210 Monroe Lane, Lake Hamilton, Fl. The laboratory awarded the bid will arrange for pick up and transportation of samples from on-site at their expense. All sample collection containers, labels and chain of custodies, shall be furnished by the laboratory awarded the bid. 3. All reports must be received by Lake Hamilton Utilities Division within ten (10) working days unless otherwise noted. All reports shall be industry standard report formats. Item #4 Collect Sample, Analyze, Submit FDEP reports to Town of Lake Hamilton Utilities for 3 wastewater groundwater monitor well sites.
