The successful quoter shall 1. Supply and service all weather proof portable containers at two (2) locations designated by the County representative 2 Provide standard 96 gallon (minimum) outside storage containers approved for the transportation, removal and disposal of international regulated waste in accordance with the above agencies guidelines, which shall be labeled appropriately, and shall be weather proof and lockable The County may also require 150 gallon (minimum) outside storage containers meeting the same requirements 3 Provide reusable Regulated Medical Waste outside storage containers approved for the transportation, removal and disposal of Regulated Medical Waste in accordance with the above agencies guidelines. which shall be and labeled appropriately, and shall be weather proof and lockable. 4 Sterilize, or incinerate the regulated waste to an internal temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and maintaining it for a minimum of 30 minutes at an approved facility. 5 Provide monthly invoicing with copies of all service tickets showing, location, pick up date, time, size of container and quantities picked up A copy of the invoice and service ticket shall be emailed to the County representative 6.
