Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Provider shall deliver vocational programming at designated DJJ residential facilities. Career and Technical Education (CTE) services shall be provided in welding/soldering, building technologies, and culinary arts. Instructor resource creation and online curriculum alignment and sponsorship to NCCER and culinary curricula. This includes an instructor access portal with online grading, teaching tools and resources, and supplemental tools such as iSpring to better support the vulnerable population within DJJ facilities. The curriculum will be accessible, with features to support translation and accommodation of unique learning needs. Livingstone Schools Inc., DBA Florida Trade Academy will provide hands-on, standards-aligned instruction that prepares youth for credentialing in their respective fields. Programs and aligned credentials include: • Welding: NCCER Core + Level 1 Welding • Building Technologies: NCCER Core + Level 1 Carpentry • Culinary: ServSafe Food Handler, OCPA & OCPB, Occupational Completion Points (OCPs)
