Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall furnish all personnel, instrumentation, miscellaneous equipment, and transportation to perform vibration analysis on approximately 116 pieces of equipment at 9 wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF) and 94 pieces of equipment at 37 various water production facilities (WPF) and raw wells (RWF) located throughout Polk County. Equipment to be tested will include but is not limited to pumps, motors, and drive shafts at the locations listed in Attachment "A". 2. Additional technologies will be requested as-needed (Table 2). These technologies must include the following: a. Electronic diagnostic and analytical equipment b. Data collection and diagnostic software c. Precision mechanical tools d. Complete reports at conclusion of service 3. When technologies itemized in Table 2 are requested, they shall be invoiced at an hourly rate, according to the time services are rendered. a. Straight Time rate is considered any work requested whereby work commences between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Should the work go beyond 5:00 pm, Overtime rates will begin at 5:01 pm and end at 7:59 am the next day, provided that day falls during the regular work week. b. Overtime rate is considered any work requested whereby work commences after 5:00 pm and ends prior to 8:00 am the next day, provided that day falls dur ing the regular work week. Should the work continue beyond 8:00 am, Straight Time rates will begin at 8:01 am and end at 5:00 pm the same day. This includes all work that begins and/or ends on a Saturday or Sunday. c. Premium Time rate is considered any work requested whereby work commences on a County recognized holiday. Those days are: i. New Year s Day ii. Martin Luther King Jr. Day iii. Memorial Day iv. Independence Day v. Labor Day vi. Veteran s Day vii. Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) viii. Christmas (2 days) Premium Time will be calculated based on the holiday the work is performed, otherwise, Straight Time or Overtime rates will apply. 4. All base-line analyses must be complete within two (2) weeks after analysis is begun
