The Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas County is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services in support of the Utilities Department Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for vertical utility infrastructure. Services will focus on studies, preliminary engineering reporting, small scale projects that may involve planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping and lift stations, storage tanks, and associated structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Work may also include hydrogeologic investigations, surface water studies, raw water supply projects, instrumentation and controls, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) integration, facility assessments, rehabilitation projects, related studies, assessments, and program support.
