The City of Hollywood seeks a qualified vendor (also referred to as the “Contractor”, "Bidder", or “Respondent) to provide comprehensive repair and services to the Police Department and general City vehicles. The required services include paint, paint materials, frame, electrical, mechanical, suspension, and bodywork repair. The fleet is comprised of, but not limited to, sedans, pickup trucks (medium and heavy duty), vans, UTVs (Utility Terrain Vehicle), and SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicle). Due to the size of the city's fleet, there is often an excessive number of vehicles that need repair and maintenance services. Therefore, it is anticipated that the agreement resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to several different vendors.
