Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Un-Armed Security Services for J.L. Young Apartments/Annex. Contractor must install a tracking system at JL Young and the Annex at their own expense that will always allow their guards to be tracked while on duty to ensure compliance. One unarmed guard will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 AM and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. One unarmed guard will work 24 hours per day on all 11 scheduled Tampa Housing Authority recognized holidays. Which include, but are not limited to New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Spring Holiday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, 2 days for Thanksgiving Day, 2 days for Christmas.
