Around the country, upgrades to security systems are being implemented on school campuses to protect students and staff from real threats in today’s world. Student identification cards can be used for a variety of applications like the school bookstore account management, access to computers and other technology, access control to school cafeteria, transportation, tracking library ID card check-out, as well as photo ID. Furthermore, using digital methods, in a multi-purpose identification card, assists in creating a safe campus by provision of access controls. A robust host of professional development opportunities will be offered by the selected vendor to both teachers and administrators to ensure best practices are employed in utilizing the software for student identification.
