• Remove all five motorized crash bars located on the Fitness Center (2-Doors), Community Center (2- Doors), and the VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten) (1-Door) front doors, including internal rods and pins. • Remove all card access devices such as HID Card readers, REX devices, and recessed door contacts. Leave Card Access Cabling in place for reuse. • Remove all Power supplies and cables mounted above the drop ceiling that support the motorized crash bars. • For the Fitness Center and Community Center, double doors. Replace the motorized crash bars with new Von Duprin motorized crash bars with externally mounted rods, such as part #QEL9937NL, on the Right side door, and mount a nonmotorized equivalent Von Duprin version to the Left side door. • For the VPK single door, replace the motorized crash bars with new Von Duprin motorized crash bars that have externally mounted rods, such as part #QEL9937NL • Replace all HID Card readers, REX devices, and recessed door contacts with new devices at all three door locations and terminate to the existing Card Access Cabling. • Provide new Power supplies and cables to power the electrified rods for all electrified doors, including door power transfer devices. • Provide Key access to override the motorized crash bars at all three (3) locations. • Terminate all connections on all devices above. • Additional Requirements -Measurements will be taken on site visit -Demo and haul away all debris -Provide all labor and materials -Including any permitting necessary
