The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (GFLCVB) is seeking Most Reasonable Source designation for the procurement of Travel Advisor Training from TravPro Mobile, LLC (TravPro) to educate travel advisors in key domestic and international markets on how to sell Broward County as a travel and tourism destination. TravPro is the only provider who specializes in training within the tourism sector who provides native mobile apps (Mobile Sales Companions™) for m-learning, that offers real-time content management for quick and easy updates and can provide deep dive analytics through a 24/7 data analytics dashboard. The suggested Travel Advisor Training platform should encompass an online dashboard, including, but not limited to, the following: - Develop and maintain a modern, robust and seamless educational digital platform (photos, maps, videos, etc.) - Provides 24- hour access that visually tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators, metrics and key data points - Requires availability in all digital platforms including web browsers, iOS and Android mobile and tablets - Provides a minimum of two languages (English and Spanish) with an option for additional languages (German, Portuguese, etc.) - Provides access to travel-trade audience with a minimum of 50,000 in its database - Provides access to all trainings, marketing initiatives to communicate with travel advisors
