The Consultant shall provide transportation engineering and planning services for specific projects on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Economic and engineering feasibility alternatives analysis B. Levels of service analysis C. Multimodal, complete streets, bicycle and pedestrian planning analysis and programming services D. Developing strategies to address the implementation of Autonomous and Connected Vehicles E. Greenhouse gas emissions analysis including the determination of improvements to mitigate transportation impacts on air quality F. Developing strategies to address the reduction of vehicle miles traveled, reduction of congestion, and alternative modes of transportation G. Access management analysis H. Modeling integrated transportation networks I. Intersection and collision diagrams J. Signal warrant and intersection analysis
