Intended Single Source: Jennifer Kawakami. -Experience in developing training to comply with 195.002(2) F.S. -Knowledge of the functions of the Florida county tax collector offices which is key to the development of training modules for these offices, including but not limited to OASYS, RACS,TRIM, NAV and RPTQC -Documented extensive experience in the use of Articulate, Storyline, Gauge, Doodly, Zoom and Survey Monkey for the design and development of training materials -Documented experience in the recording and production of audio materials and video for training -Documented extensive experience in troubleshooting user problems accessing online platform -Documented extensive experience in SCORM technical standards to ensure communication between online learning content and online platform -Documented expertise in the design of learning surveys through Survey Monkey -Documented expertise in the design and development of online training products from storyboard to module launch
