The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, and equipment necessary to perform towing services for St. Johns County fleet vehicles and equipment. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis throughout St. Johns County; however, no specific volume of work is guaranteed. Towing services may also be required for breakdowns occurring in adjacent counties, including Duval, Clay, Putnam, and Flagler. Towing services will be from point of breakdown to the St. Johns County Fleet Garage located at 2760 Industry Center Road, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. All towing services performed will be at the rates (unit pricing) submitted with the Contractor’s Proposal. Should standard towing require dollies, drive shaft drops (or an axle pull), or the use of a car carrier, these services will be included at no additional charge.
