Specifications include, but are not limited to: Be reasonably available for bi-monthly Tourist Development Council (TDC) meetings (by phone/in person) and with Bureau staff (as needed). In-person annual report at a TDC meeting, once (1) per year. Quarterly reports per year shall include: o Estimated number of visitors, economic impact, direct expenditures. o The level of brand awareness and location identification current among persons who seek information from the destination. o Total visitation breakdown in-state vs. United States regions vs. Country (International to include minimum of Germany, UK, Canada). o Top origin markets domestically by geographical area (CBSA/MSA and/or DMA) o Mode/s of transportation to destination; airports deplaned (including minimally, PGD, RSW, TPA/PIE, MIA/FTL, MCO/SFB – (MCO/SFB, MIA/FTL, TPA/PIE can be separated if sufficient data is available). Basically, any arrival airport that is statistically significant (>3%). o Length of stay, number in party, type of accommodation booked, total spending, education, household income. o Impact of tourism on local and state taxes; impact of tourism on job market; impact of tourism to average household tax bill (local impact to household tax bill can be annual). o Satisfaction level with destination
