Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide for Tennis Programming and may include: a) Tennis Lessons b) Tennis Leagues/Tournaments c) and other related activities as agreed upon by the City 2. Be responsible for acquiring and maintaining all equipment necessary for tennis programs and related activities. 3. Pick up trash in and around successful proposer designated area. 4. Provide an operation that is safe and customer oriented with prompt service. 5. Ensure quick and effective complaint resolution, effective employee performance with quality, prompt and efficient service, adequate to meet all reasonable demands. 6. Provide proof of background checks of all staff and volunteers before they begin working/volunteering in the facility. 7. Retain all records demonstrating compliance with the background screening required herein for not less than three years beyond the end of the agreement term and as required by applicable law. The successful proposer shall provide the City with access to these records annually, or at the request of the City. 8. Ensure that all managers, volunteers, leaders and volunteer staff are distinctively uniformed or appropriately attired so as to be distinguishable as the selected Operator’s personnel and not as employees of the City and ensure all managers, volunteers, leaders and volunteer staff wear photo ID’s. 9. At least one staff person onsite must possess a current certification in CPR and First Aid during successful proposer operation hours. 10. Take good care of the facilities and shall use the same in a careful manner; and shall at its own expense repair, City property or facilities, damaged by its operations under this agreement. 11. Promote the Parks through marketing and the quality provision of all services with the highest level of service to the public. 12. Have access to storage on-site in designated areas only. Successful proposer will in no way inhibit or impair Park Staff from accessing the storage area.
