Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Internet Connectivity - The M-DCPS centralized district CORE facility requires multiple connections at 100 Gbps of Internet access. Registering a Public ASN number and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing is the responsibility of the provider. M-DCPS requires services at the ITS CORE facility to be provided using multiple divergent paths for resiliency. The design shall facilitate multiple Internet gateways at alternate locations. 2. DDoS Mitigation for M-DCPS shall support the entire bandwidth of Internet access. M-DCPS staff shall be provided access to real-time data traffic monitoring and reporting tools including graphs, charts, web portal, email alerts, etc. 3. WAN - Provide M-DCPS requires a network CORE architecture with 600 Gbps of aggregate bandwidth, consisting of multiple resilient aggregation points, and capable of serving up to 500 nodes of 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps nodes. 4. Voice Services Provide comprehensive information on the types of voice circuits you can provide to serve up to 500 standalone PBXs and VoIP systems serving approximately 50,000 digital, analog, IP, SIP end points, and 15,000+ DID numbers. The intent of this ITN is to migrate all existing copper services to fiber where applicable but explain what capability you have to provide copper services. Dedicated fiber used for voice services is not eligible for E-Rate Funding. a. Provide comprehensive information on how you will interface service to existing M-DCPS telephone systems. b. Provide comprehensive information on your Call Accounting, TDoS, E-911 and NG-911 offerings. c. Provide comprehensive information of your portfolio of available voice offerings, their advantages and disadvantages, and reliability.
