The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Road & Bridge Division, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for Taylor Road Bridge Rehabilitation (Bridge No. 794009 over Spruce Creek) project in Port Orange, Florida. The project consists of the fabrication and installation of a crutch bent to remove weight restriction posting. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Bidders shall bid on all items in order to be considered responsive. The Contractor shall provide a complete job, including all labor, materials, and equipment, removal and disposal of materials for installation of fabric formed concrete revetment, including but not limited to: traffic control, functional checks, O&M manuals, and as-built surveys/drawings.
