Specifications include, but are not limited to:Proposer must have a minimum of three (3) years experience providing a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding System to a multi-facility healthcare system. Each client must have a minimum of 5,000 employees and experience processing over 100,000 applicants per year. YES [ ] NO [ ] 1.03 Proposed system must be live in a production environment for a minimum of two (2) years prior to the issuance of this RFP. MHS will not accept a proposed system in the alpha or beta phase. YES [ ] NO [ ] 1.04 Proposed system must provide onboarding functionality and currently be integrated with clients utilizing Infor Lawson Talent Management, comprehensive background screening systems, and e-Verify providers.
