Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Juvenile Justice (Department), Office of Probation and Community Intervention, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to interested parties for the purpose of obtaining contracts with one or more qualified organizations to provide transition services, specifically, vocational and/or educational services including mentoring and transportation with related support services, as further identified in Attachment A, Statement of Services Sought. Transition services shall be provided to DJJ youth transitioning back to local communities from residential commitment programs. Transition services shall include related support services to support the core services proposed, as determine necessary based on individualized service planning to assist a youth in achieving successful outcomes. Additional minimum services requirements are set forth in Attachment A-1, Scope of Services with minimum requirements. Successful Respondents shall be required to collaborate with the Department, local vocational, educational agencies, other contracted service providers and community organizations to better serve the targeted population.
