Specifications include, but are not limited to: The sole purpose and intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish firm fixed pricing for the purchase of a Trade Show Booth with graphics, Expand MediaWall # KIT EMW 33G PA1 OAK, and a Storage Case with Oak Top, Expand PodiumCase #PC3-GRY, or approved equal, for the Parks and Recreation Department, Special Facilities Division. Successful Vendors esponsibilities The successful vendor shall deliver the trade show booth with storage case to the referenced location. The successful vendor shall include all graphic design and production. Graphics to be provided by the department.
