Specifications include, but are not limited to:This is a multi-part project which includes: • Rehabilitate the existing aircraft parking apron facilities on the South Apron. The eastern portion of the apron will be reconstructed. The western portion of the apron will be rehabilitated by milling and resurfacing. A new concrete hardstand will also be constructed in the western portion. • Reconfigure/reconstruct the existing helipad area. • Improvements to the existing self-fueling facility on the east side of the apron to comply with current codes and standards. • Relocate Gate 46 including a new access control system that will match the other access control systems currently in use at the airport. • Expand/reconstruct the parking area utilized by fuel trucks to provide for proper spill prevention and control techniques and facilities. • Regrade and stabilize the Infield Area against future erosion. c. Contractor shall provide all material, supplies, labor, services, supervision, tools, plant, apparatus, conveyances, construction equipment, temporary buildings, safety equipment, transportation, and incidental expense for accomplishing the work covered by this solicitation, except the materials and services specifically named elsewhere to be provided by the City of Tallahassee (City).
